Training and setup

For all new subscribers we offer 4 hours of intro training and we break that up into two sessions.

Note: to ensure you get the best out of the training, make sure you take a look at the excellent video workshop.

Session 1

(3hrs)

We contact you to book this just after you purchase

The session is 1-on-1, so just you (and your team if you like!) and a buildxact trainer

We can run this online on in our Melbourne office

The session is based on availability but generally available within 2 weeks of purchase

We cover what is most useful to you, really depends where you’re up to when we catch up. Common things we cover:

  • Detailed tours of the software and how to use it
  • Guidance on buildxact for your business
  • Help loading data like pricelists/templates/contacts
  • Answering the “how do I” questions

A follow up session to make sure everything is going well and that you’re on the right track.
